Gifts - Last Minute Gifts
Uh Oh, It’s the weekend before Christmas and if you’re a last minute shopper like myself (for whatever reason) don’t panic.
You still have time to go out and get great and affordable gifts.
You still have time to go out and get great and affordable gifts.
*Here Are My Top Last Minute Holiday Gifts*
For Men/Women: When it comes to the men in my family, let’s just say they are always the last ones on the list to go shopping for. I always find it difficult to pick out gifts for them because they never really say what they want. When it comes to the women in my family, it’s a tad bit easier finding gifts for them. I’m a girl myself so if I’m struggling I just think about what I would like. I am lucky to have a family who truly appreciates all of their gifts and...Christmas as a whole, so instead of playing the guessing game I always give them useful things that they will need or use in the future.
-Outdoor Wear: Gloves, hats, and scarfs are always the go-to gift in my book, especially for the cold months ahead. Not sure what style? Think of favorite colors, favorite sports teams, hobbies etc...
-Lounge Wear: Comfy wear like soft sweaters, sweatpants, cozy wool lined house slippers, and pajamas are always the way to go. Who doesn’t love taking off your clothes and getting comfortable after a long day.
-Sports Gear: For the sporty guys and gals who love to workout or want to get started, try workout gear like joggers, gym bags or athletic shoes. For those who love sports, try getting them cool gear that represents their favorite sports teams. Pullover hoodies, cool mugs/water bottles even accessories like phone cases, or keychains to put in their stockings.
-Wallets: who doesn't need a wallet to hold in the big bucks and important cards. A sturdy leather wallet is a great gift for anyone in the family. (For a special bonus, stick a few dollars or a recently purchased lottery ticket in the wallet before giving it to that special someone.)
-And Speaking of Scratch Offs: If you have to buy for that person who has everything or just don't know what to get someone, Give them a bunch of scratch offs. A Lottery ticket tree is a cool gift that I would love. If you want to be creative make your own special DIY tree/basket. Who knows, they might just get lucky.
For the Kiddies: When it comes to kids, they are definitely the easiest to shop for in my opinion. They inform you throughout the year about what gifts they want, you just have to pay attention.
-Toys: Toys Toys Toys! You can never go wrong with whatever the popular toys is for the season...If you are lucky enough. But classic kids toys are usually inexpensive and are easy to find when you are running out of ideas. Whether it’s fashionable barbies and realistic baby dolls for the girls, or action figures and remote control cars for the boys.
-Board Games: Ok, so maybe your sick of picking up broken doll legs, or sweeping up barbie hair. Board games are fun gifts for kids. Not only are they great for keeping them occupied for hours and off the electronic tablets, they are also great for family bonding time.
-Outdoor Wear: Once again, outdoor accessories are my go-to gifts. You can never go wrong with bright colored hats, and scarves or character prints.
So did I give you any ideas?
